By accessing or using HospitalityAgents.co ("the Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.
HospitalityAgents.co is a marketplace that enables hotel industry professionals ("Buyers") to browse and purchase AI agent configurations, skills, and workflows ("Listings") created by independent developers ("Developers"). We are operated by CVH Studio.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@hospitalityagents.co.
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute purchased Listings without authorization; (b) submit false or misleading content; (c) attempt to circumvent security measures; (d) use the Marketplace for any illegal purpose.
The Marketplace and all Listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI configurations may produce unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use in your operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVH Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Marketplace or any Listing.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the Marketplace (Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, analytics providers); (b) Developers, who receive only aggregate sales data — never buyer contact details without consent; (c) law enforcement when required by law.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Marketplace is used. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and third-party security audits. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@hospitalityagents.co. We will respond within 30 days.
The Marketplace is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Marketplace.
